About this policy

Shifrah is a registered business name of Shifrah Pty Ltd (ACN 700 869 905). This interim policy explains how we manage information received through our coming-soon website and email enquiries. It will be expanded before Shifrah begins clinical intake or provides online forms.

Information we collect

If you email us, we may collect your name, contact details, the content of your enquiry and any other information you choose to provide. Our website provider may also process limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser type and security logs, to operate and protect the website.

Please do not send medical, health or urgent information by ordinary email. Shifrah does not currently provide a public clinical intake form.

Why we collect it

We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand interest in Shifrah's future services, manage our business and meet legal or regulatory obligations. We only collect information that is reasonably necessary for these purposes.

Storage and disclosure

Email enquiries are handled through Shifrah's Google Workspace account. Technical website information is processed by our website and infrastructure providers. These providers may process or store limited information outside Australia. We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose information where you have consented, where it is needed to provide or administer our services, or where disclosure is required or authorised by law.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for our business or legal obligations, then securely delete or de-identify it where appropriate.

Access, correction and complaints

You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing hello@shifrah.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable period and may need to verify your identity first.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or the Information and Privacy Commission NSW, depending on the issue.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy as Shifrah's services, forms, technology and information-handling practices develop. The current version will be available on this website.
